At GENEVE 1989, we strive for sartorial excellence; however, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and authentication cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
